Tina Fey to Jimmy Fallon: ‘I Was Once Mistaken for a Prostitute’ (Video)

Comedian visited “Tonight Show” with “Sisters” co-star Amy Poehler

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler dropped by Jimmy Fallon’s “Tonight Show” to revisit an old “SNL” friend and play a smokey, dramatic round of “True Confessions.”

Here’s how the late-night game is played: Each of the three participants has an envelope containing one outlandish true story about their lives, and a lie. When one is selected, they read aloud the claim, while being interrogated by the other two. This time around, Fey and Fallon told the truth, while Poehler was the fibber.

“I was once mistaken for a prostitute in Monaco,” Fey admitted during her time as defendant. “I was wearing a brown-and-white polka dot jumpsuit that I had bought at Express. It looked fantastic.”

Neither thought that could possibly be true, though Fallon did say he could see her buying a jumpsuit at Express.

Later, Fallon told the tale about the time he was robbed at gunpoint by a drug dealer in college. Poehler’s untrue story involved helping Yoko Ono cross the street.

Fey and Poehler attended the NBC show to promote their new film “Sisters,” which hits theaters Dec. 18.
