What should be a very happy occasion on TLC’s “The Little Couple” had an unexpected turn on TLC’s “The Little Couple.”
On last week’s season premiere, Bill Klein, Jen Arnold and their son Will traveled to Mumbai, India to pick up the newest addition to their family, daughter Zoey. She’s cute and a handful. But, the best part was that while Will bonded with dad quickly, Zoey is very fond of mom Jen. But, then Jen’s health took a turn.

Jen has begun to feel ill as they travel to New Delhi to finalize the last few steps of Zoey’s adoption. But with her health on the line, Jen is forced into making a difficult decision.
In TheWrap’s exclusive preview above, Jen is unable to attend Zoey’s medical appointment. So, Bill must got it alone. But, Zoey hasn’t warmed up her new dad yet and he’s trying not to let it get him down.
