New England Patriots star Tom Brady is writing a book titled, “The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance,” publisher Simon & Schuster announced on Thursday.

The five-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback’s first book is due in September and is billed as an “athletes’ Bible” that will reveal Brady’s methods for success, including unusual training and diet habits.

As a former sixth-round draft pick who went on to have one of the most storied careers in NFL history, Brady called himself “a great case study” on how the methods described in the book can transform an athlete.

The publisher told ESPN that the 320-page book will be “a gorgeously illustrated and deeply practical ‘athlete’s bible’ that reveals Brady’s revolutionary approach to sustained peak performance for athletes of all kinds and of all ages.”

Brady’s wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen, is often credited for playing a key role in Brady’s healthy lifestyle. Among his unusual habits, Brady doesn’t eat peppers, eggplant, tomatoes or any dairy, according to ESPN.

The hardcover version will cost $29.99, while its eBook counterpart will cost $14.99, according to ESPN. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brady, the Chicago Cubs, Kevin Durant, Serena Williams and Simone Biles are the top contenders for the 2017 ESPY Awards on July 12.
