Producer Megan Ellison confirmed her death in a tweet Monday evening that read: “Rest in peace Tracy Scott. A stunning soul and talent, my prayers are with her family & loved ones. You are missed.”

She was diagnosed with breast cancer in May 2015, and was told by doctors in April that it had spread to her liver.
