Trey Songz a.k.a. Mr. Steal Yo Girl performed at the 2017 BET Awards Sunday evening and killed his set — but not in a good way.
The 32-year-old R&B artist has been a fan favorite for quite sometime but, according to social media, Trey failed to deliver today. Although there were a few points that were off about his performance, Twitter focused on the singer’s voice, which was “a mess.”

Some people thought his off voice may have been due to sickness.

Although it was evident that Trey Songz sounded pretty bad live, some of his loyal fans decided to forgive him anyways.
