Actress and prominent #MeToo supporter Alyssa Milano is in Washington, D.C. on Thursday to attend the testimony of Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, the first woman to accuse the potential Supreme Court justice of sexual misconduct in recent weeks.

Milano is attending as a guest of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.). She said she’s there to lend Ford her support, and that she believes the hearing will turn out differently for her than Anita Hill — who accused Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment in 1991. Thomas was ultimately appointed to the Supreme Court.

Early into the hearing, the “Charmed” star tweeted out a picture from inside with the caption “I believe Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.”

“I think we’re in a different time,” Milano said Thursday morning, according to the LA Times. “I think women are standing together in solidarity, more so than we were in ’91 and I think women throughout the country are not going to let it be what it was.”

Milano helped activate #MeToo movement last year by sharing the famed hashtag on her Twitter account. She tweeted out a picture on Thursday morning with the caption “I believe Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.”

Ford has said Kavanaugh attempted to rape her at a party in high school and covered her mouth to keep her from screaming.

Here’s how you can watch the hearing.
