50 Cent Got Pulled Over by NYPD Because of That Terrible Pitch (Video)

He also responds to reports that it was a publicity stunt

Rapper 50 Cent’s terrible pitch at the New York Mets’ game against the Pittsburgh Pirates earlier this week was so bad that the NYPD came after him.

“I actually got pulled over by the New York City police,” 50 Cent, a.k.a. Curtis Jackson, said during a “Good Morning America” interview (above) with Amy Robach on Friday. “I was like, ‘Uh oh. What’d I do?’ And then he said, ‘You know that pitch was terrible.’”

The rap star and actor, who is the executive producer of Starz’s upcoming dramatic series “Power,” also denied that the pitch was a publicity stunt, as reported by Page Six.

“Oh no. No, no. It slipped,” Jackson said. “I’m not a professional pitcher. I’m in music.”
