Former president’s visit is a part of a 20-fundraiser spree
Bill Clinton is hitting the Los Angeles area to raise money for wife, Hillary, and her bid to reclaim the White House.
The former president’s December 3 visit to Hollywood is a part of a 20-fundraiser spree for his wife’s campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination.
The event will be 42’s first formal Hollywood trip for the former secretary of state’s 2016 campaign, with tickets going ranging from $500 to $10,000.
The fundraiser will be hosted by former Modern Luxury Media boss Michael Kong and wife Stacy Twilley at their Hancock Park home.
Those shelling out the big $10K get a photo with the former president as well as an invite to attend a VIP reception.
After that, Bill is heading to Seattle for another fundraiser that night.
Hillary Clinton was last in town on November 4 and 5 for a series of star-studded fundraisers.
The biggest one, at the home of pop star Christina Aguilera and her fiancé Matthew Rutler clocked in more than a $1 million. Guests included Katie Holmes, 4 Non Blondes lead singer Linda Perry, Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy, veteran lawyer Marcy Morris, producer Randall Emmett and his wife, actress Ambyr Childers, music mogul Irving Azoff, singer Christina Milian and band Great Big World.
