Blink-182 Drops New Single ‘Bored to Death’ (Video)

Song comes from band’s forthcoming album “California”

Blink-182 is back and it’s certainly not a small thing.

The band has released a lyric video to go along with their new single “Bored to Death,” which comes from their upcoming album “California.”

Original members Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker are joined on the album by Matt Skiba, as Tom DeLonge exited the group last year. This is the first release for the band in nearly five years, when they released their album “Neighborhoods” in 2011.

Blink-182 is credited with helping to create the genre pop punk with albums like “Enema of the State” and “The Mark, Tom, and Travis Show.” The group’s song “All the Small Things” became a major hit in the late 1990’s, climbing into the top 10 on the Billboard charts.

“California” is due out on July 1.
