Bradley Cooper Loves Kitchen Violence in First Trailer for Chef Comedy ‘Burnt’ (Video)

In the first trailer for Bradley Cooper comedy “Burnt,” the actor’s character, Adam, details why he loves being one of the best chefs in the world.

“The kitchen’s the only place I’ve ever felt like I really belong. I love every minute of it: the heat, the pressure, the violence,” Adam says.

The film follows the hotshot chef as he attempts to rebuild his career after being sidelined by drugs and diva behavior. He decides to reinvent himself in London and to open the best restaurant in the world.

The film also stars Sienna Miller, Daniel Bruhl, Jamie Dornan, and Uma Thurman. John Wells directed, with a screenplay by Steven Knight and the story by Michael Kalesniko.

Michael Shamberg, Stacey Sher, Caroline Hewitt, and Erwin Stoff produced, while Kris Thykier executive produced. The film is a co-production between 3 Arts Entertainment, Double Feature Films, and PeaPie Films. The Weinstein Company is releasing the film in the U.S.

“Burnt” opens in theaters Oct. 23.
