Busta Rhymes was arrested on assault charges Wednesday for throwing a protein drink at the back of another man’s head at a New York City gym, according to police.

The rapper was at Steel Gym on West 23rd Street in Chelsea, New York, when he got into a dispute with an employee and hit him in the head with the cardboard Lean Body Protein container.

The victim suffered a laceration but refused medical attention, NBC New York reported.

The “Woo Hah!! Got You All in Check” singer, whose real name is Trevor Tahiem Smith Jr. was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree assault.

In 2006, Rhymes was arrested four times in 10 months — once for assaulting a fan who spit on his car, and again for assaulting his driver and twice for incidents behind the wheel.
