Cara Delevingne Joins John Green Adaptation ‘Paper Towns’

The British model turned actress joins Nat Wolff in the teen drama from the author of “The Fault in Our Stars”

British actress Cara Delevingne has joined Jake Schreier’s adaptation of John Green‘s “Paper Towns,” an individual with knowledge of the project tells TheWrap.

Nat Wolff has long been attached to the lead role of Quentin, who is left with a set of clues by the mysterious girl next door after she disappears. Delevingne will play Margo, the female lead.

The screenplay was adapted by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, who also adapted John Green‘s “The Fault in Our Stars,” a recent summer hit starring Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort and Wolff.

Delevingne has been gradually segueing to acting with supporting roles in Amanda Knox inspired courtroom drama “The Face of an Angel,” 17th century romance “Tulip Fever” and Joe Wright‘s Peter Pan prequel “Pan.” She is repped by WME.
