Fox has called on “Call Me Maybe” singer Carly Rae Jepsen to play Pink Lady Frenchy on its upcoming “Grease: Live” TV special.

The network has also cast Kether Donohue (“You’re The Worst”) as her friend Jan, and David Del Rio (“Spare Parts”) as T-Bird Putzie.

Plus, pop singer Jessie J will open the live event with a performance of a brand-new version of “Grease (Is the Word).” Choreographer Zach Woodlee (“Glee”) has joined executive producer Marc Platt‘s creative team.

The ensemble cast also includes the previously announced Julianne Hough (“Safe Haven”) as Sandy, Aaron Tveit (“Graceland”) as Danny, Vanessa Hudgens (“Spring Breakers”) as Rizzo, Carlos PenaVega (“Spare Parts”) as Kenickie and Keke Palmer (“Scream Queens”) as Marty.

Much like the musical and film, the TV adaptation sees the beginning of senior year spelling an end to Danny and Sandy’s summer romance — until Sandy unexpectedly transfers to Danny’s high school. With their friends pulling them in different directions, it’s up to Danny and Sandy to stay hopelessly devoted as they make their way from Rydell High to a new frontier.

The Paramount Television production will be directed on stage by Thomas Kail, and on TV by Alex Rudzinski. Broadway writers Robert Cary and Jonathan Tolins will write the script. “Grease: Live” airs January 31, 2016 at 7 p.m. on Fox.
