Carrie Wiltshire Named Chief Operating Officer of Ignition Creative

Ignition has recently worked on marketing campaigns for “Interstellar,” “Birdman” and “Game of Thrones”

Carrie Wiltshire has been named chief operating officer of Ignition Creative, the Santa Monica-based agency that works with the world’s leading brands and corporations and delivers award-winning marketing materials and campaigns, it was announced Thursday by founder/CEO Martin Kistler.

As COO for Ignition, Wiltshire will be responsible for directing, administering and coordinating the internal operational activities of the 275-member creative team worldwide.

Wiltshire will lead and direct operations, production, HR, information systems, new business coordination and agency promotion and communications.  She will work closely with Kistler and the firm’s senior partners in developing growth targets and goals for the company, which counts most Hollywood studios, major brands and corporations as clients.

Ignition has recently worked on campaigns for “Interstellar,” “Birdman,” “Transformers,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “Game of Thrones” “The Leftovers” and “Transparent,” among many other film, television and digital titles.

Wiltshire joined Ignition Creative in 2006 as a finishing supervisor. Over the past nine years, she has worked in various roles with the company while also serving as VP of operations.
