George R.R. Martin seems to delight in killing his characters in the novels on which HBO’s “Game of Thrones” is based, but now the author’s fans get a chance to see what he looks like dead.
The writer makes a cameo as a zombie on a new episode of SyFy’s “Z Nation,” airing this Friday at 10 p.m.
Don’t expect Martin to be the walking kind of dead, though. Instead, he’s sitting in a collector’s chamber where his “amazing muscle memory from all of those years signing books” at Comic Con leave him hungry for more autographs instead of flesh.
