Hosted for a third straight time by LL Cool J, “Music’s Business Night” will raise its curtain live at 8 p.m. ET on CBS. The pre-telecast ceremony takes place at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday, Jan. 26, from 1-3:30 p.m. PT, and present the first Grammy Awards of the day in approximately 70 categories. The ceremony will be streamed live internationally here.
“Music’s Biggest Night” will include performances from some of its biggest stars. Madonna was officially confirmed on Friday and Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr will hit the stage as well. Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong and Miranda Lambert will perform a duet in tribute to Everly Brothers musician Phil Everly, who died earlier this year. They’ll join a star-studded lineup that includes top pop stars and leading nominees Jay Z, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Pharrell Williams, and Kendrick Lamar.
As if that was not enough, Alicia Keys, Juanes, Cyndi Lauper, Jared Leto, Bruno Mars and Martina McBride will be joined by Miguel, Yoko Ono, Smokey Robinson, Ryan Seacrest, and Steven Tyler.
Opening envelopes and handing out trophies will be Steve Coogan, Jeremy Renner, Julia Roberts and Charlie Wilson. They’ll be sharing stage space with Marc Anthony, Black Sabbath, Zac Brown, Gloria Estefan and Anna Faris, as well as Jamie Foxx, Ariana Grande, Neil Patrick Harris, Olivia Harrison and Anna Kendrick.
Gary Clark, Jr. Hunter Hayes, Taylor Swift, Kacey Musgraves, John Legend, and Keith Urban will also hit the Nokia Theatre stage.
