Hillary Clinton said she would stay in the United States, even if Donald Trump wins the presidency and makes Kid Rock his secretary of state, to make sure he doesn’t “destroy” the country on Funny or Die’s “Between Two Ferns with Zack Galifianakis.”
“I would try to prevent him from destroying the United States,” Clinton said when asked if she would relocate during a Trump regime. She would not, however, take up arms against the president. (“Oh right, because before we were rolling you said you were going to take everyone’s guns away,” Galifianakis said.)
In typical “Ferns” fashion, the interview went wrong (or very, very right) from the start, with Galifianakis being tackled by the Secret Service after attempting to scare Clinton while wearing a skull mask.
The host then pointed out that, in addition to the first female president, Clinton would also be the first white president to million of Americans who are under the age of eight.
Talk turned quickly to Trump and his supporters, including actor Scott Baio. Clinton, for the record, has no regrets over losing the Baio vote. “Not a one,” she said when Galifianakis pressed her.
Stick around for the last 45 seconds, in which Galifianakis cuts Clinton off to play a word from a sponsor — whose name rhymes with “dump,” and who paid for the spot with steaks.
“I’d be afraid to eat them, if I were you,” Clinton said.
