After video of her blind audition went viral in March, Sister Cristina Scuccia snags the show’s big title

Sister Cristina Scuccia isn’t a one-hit wonder. The Sicilian nun proved she had the goods by winning Italy’s “The Voice.”

Scuccia’s blind audition, in which she delivered a thrilling performance of Alicia Keys‘ “No One,” went viral back in March. But, who knew we’d ever hear from her again.

But, Scuccia fulfilled the expectations created from that blind audition by winning the entire contest after singing Iren Cera’s “What A Feeling,” the anthem from movie “Flashdance.”

Throughout the competition, Scuccia delivered several divinely inspired song selections, including Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer,”

It was a decisive win on Thursday as the member of the Ursuline Sisters of the Holy Family nabbed more than 60 percent of the vote, according to the New York Times.
