Rogelio’s telenovela life will continue to get more crazy as “Jane The Virgin” heads into the second half of its second season – but not that dramatic.
“My character dies! No, I’m kidding,” Jaime Camil told TheWrap during a new episode of Drinking With the Stars.
The actor did play mostly coy about what’s to come for his telenovela star character Rogelio, who is at a crossroads with Xiomara (Andrea Navedo) after a botched proposal.
“Jennie [Urman, the showrunner] is really going to be exploring the vulnerability of Rogelio, which we haven’t seen much,” Camil teased of Monday’s new episode.
“Jane The Virgin” airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
