Justin Bieber to Perform at MTV EMAs

Pop star’s new album “Purpose” drops next month

Justin Bieber is set to perform at Sunday’s 2015 MTV EMAs.

The pop star’s new album, “Purpose,” drops on Nov. 13. The Euro awards show will air at 8 p.m. on Oct. 25 in the U.S. from the Mediolanum Forum in Milan.

“I’m excited to share this performance and this new material with my fans around the world,” Bieber said. “The EMAs are always a blast. I’m glad to be back and it’s going to be fun.”

Bieber’s lead single off “Purpose” — “What Do You Mean?” — charted the singer his first Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The 2015 EMAs are hosted by Ed Sheeran and Ruby Rose. Charli XCX, UK rapper Tinie Tempah and model Hailey Baldwin will present awards on the night.

Previously announced performers include Pharrell Williams, Ed Sheeran & Rudimental, Ellie Goulding, Jason Derulo, twenty one pilots, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, Tori Kelly, James Bay, Jess Glynne, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Andrea Bocelli.
