The “Gilmore Girls” revival is a go at Netflix, and most of the original cast, including Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Scott Patterson and Kelly Bishop are returning.

Sean Gunn and Keiko Ageno are also on board to reprise their roles.

The new series, which is untitled, will be produced by Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino, the original showrunners who left the series before the final season, are returning to serve as executive producers.

The show followed Graham as single mother Lorelai Gilmore and her relationship with her daughter, Rory (Bledel). They lived in the town of Stars Hollow, Connecticut, which was populated by a wide range of eccentric characters.

The show served as an early starring vehicle for “Bridesmaids” and “Spy” star Melissa McCarthy and “Supernatural’s” Jared Padalecki. “Empire” co-creator Danny Strong also appeared on the show as Doyle McMaster.

Edward Herrmann, who played patriarch Richard Gilmore, died in 2014.

“The Gilmore Girls” aired on The WB from 2000-2005, then switched to the spinoff network The CW in 2006 for its final season. Sherman-Palladino and her husband left the series before the final season due to a contract dispute with Warner Bros.

Sherman-Palladino has stated that she had a vision for the end of the show that never came to fruition, right down to the last four words of the final episode. If the revival moves ahead, fans may finally find out what they are.
