‘Lego Batman Movie’ First Trailer: Will Arnett Drops the Mic (Video)

Miniature superhero movie due out in 2017

In the first trailer for the “Lego Batman Movie,” the Caped Crusader voiced by Will Arnett starts things off with some sick beat boxing before we get to see him make his way through the Bat Cave.

Lego Batman also made an appearance in “The Lego Movie,” which grossed nearly $470 million worldwide in 2014.

The Warner Bros. film will also feature the voices of Rosario Dawson, Ralph Fiennes, Maria Carey, Michael Cera, and Zach Galifianakis. Chris McKay directed with Seth Grahame-Smith writing the screenplay.

The release of the trailer on Thursday comes just one day before Warner Bros. releases “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” the live-action spectacular that will set up the DC Comics cinematic universe.

“The Lego Batman Movie” will debut in 2017.
