Oh yeah — rapper Lil Wayne is on the mend after being hospitalized for seizures on Monday, USA Today reports.

The rapper’s publicist told the paper that the rapper, real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., had suffered “two minor seizures.”

The spokesman added that Carter “thanks his fans for their everlasting support, prayers and well wishes.”

According to reports, Lil Wayne‘s private jet made two landings for medical emergencies in Omaha, Nebraska, on Monday. The 33-year-old rapper, who had been traveling from Milwaukee to California, reportedly suffered two seizures.

A spokesman for the Omaha Airport Authority confirmed to TheWrap on Monday that two landings for medical emergencies took place on Monday, involving a private jet. The Omaha Fire Department responded to the first landing to check out the passenger, who refused treatment.

After refueling, the plane again took off, but landed a second time shortly thereafter due to a second medical emergency. On that occasion, the fire department transported the passenger to a hospital in downtown Omaha, the spokesman said.

The rapper from New Orleans has said he is epileptic and has a history of seizures.
