Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio has a lot of explaining to do in a new clip from this week’s “Limitless” obtained exclusively by TheWrap.
The clip begins with Brian (Jake McDorman) practicing his candy-catching skills. But he and Rebecca (Jennifer Carpenter) are in for a big surprise when they see Naz (Mastrantonio) getting led out of her office in handcuffs.
In the episode, Naz is detained on suspicion of funding terrorism. Brian and Rebecca’s efforts to clear her name lead them to Naz’s daughter, Ava (Michelle Veintimilla), who reveals a family secret Naz is keeping from the FBI.
The freshman procedural was recently picked up for a full 22-episode season. It is executive produced by Bradley Cooper, who starred in the 2011 film of the same name on which the series is based.
The new episode of “Limitless” will air on Nov. 10 at 10 p.m. ET.
