Bill is planning to renew his wedding vows to Jen in an elaborate ceremony on the beach, but Jen doesn’t know. He’s keeping it a secret from Jen and he’s willing to bear the brunt of her suspicion that he’s up to no good in order to keep her in the dark.

Part of his plan involves “Project Runway’s” second season winner Chloe Dao. The Texas-based designer has made several outfits and dresses for Jen over the years and thus has her sizes already. She’s the perfect candidate to design a dress for the renewal ceremony without Jen knowing.
