Lucas Till Will Return as Havok in ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’

Bryan Singer is directing the comic book movie for 20th Century Fox

Lucas Till is set to return as Havok in Bryan Singer‘s “X-Men: Apocalypse,” the director announced on social media Friday.

Havok is a mutant with the ability to absorb and discharge energy who previously appeared in Matthew Vaughn’s “X-Men: First Class” and Singer’s “X-Men: Days of Future Past.”

James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender star alongside Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult and Rose Byrne, while newcomers include Ben Hardy, Lana Condor and Olivia Munn, who was recently cast as Psylocke.

Singer is directing from a script by Simon Kinberg, Dan Harris and Michael Dougherty. Production is about to begin, as 20th Century Fox will release “X-Men: Apocalypse” on May 27, 2016.

Till next stars in Paramount’s “Monster Trucks,” which opens on Christmas Day. He’ll also be seen alongside Kate Beckinsale in D.J. Caruso’s “The Disappointments Room.” He’s represented by APA, WCM and attorney Howard Fishman.
