Grammy-winning recording star Mariah Carey has signed with UTA for representation in all areas, the agency announced Wednesday. She was previously represented by CAA.

Carey will be represented by a team of agents representing her interests in music, touring, film, television, digital, licensing and endorsements, among others.

Carey is one of the highest-selling music artists of all time, having sold more than 200 million albums worldwide throughout her career. From her debut single “Vision of Love” to 2008’s “Touch My Body,” the singer boasts 18 number one singles in the United States, more than any other solo artist in history.

In addition to numerous Grammy Awards, Carey has also won 21 World Music Awards, 20 American Music Awards and 42 Billboard Music Awards.

Carey recently opened her very successful Las Vegas residency “#1 to Infinity” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, which has attracted a global audience and will continue into February 2016 and beyond. She’s also planning to direct a movie for Hallmark this fall before she returns to New York City for the second installment of her Christmas concerts in December.

Next spring, Carey plans to embark on her first European tour in 13 years, which UTA will put together.

“Mariah is one of the greatest artists of this or any generation,” said UTA chairman Jim Berkus. “She is a true multi-talent, and we’re thrilled to help her continue to push every creative boundary.”

Carey continues to be managed by Stella Bulochnikov of Wikked TV in all areas.
