Dailies | ‘Million Dollar Listing New York’ Peek: Luis Mixes Business and Pleasure in Puerto Rico (Exclusive Video)

Realtor goes back to his roots to secure a deal and recharge with his family on Wednesday's episode of the Bravo series

Bravo's “Million Dollar Listing New York” is leaving the island of Manhattan for the island of Puerto Rico on Wednesday's new episode.

Luis D. Ortiz has found a way to mix business with pleasure. Some clients are looking for the perfect summer beach house, and Luis steers them to his home of Puerto Rico — even if it means he won't make a cent on the deal because he doesn't hold a realtor license there. But keeping the clients’ business is more important to him.

It isn't all business, of course. Luis is taking this as an opportunity to see his family. In fact, his mother is one of the first people he speaks to after landing back home. What a good son.

It's a well-deserved break from the shark-infested waters of Manhattan where Luis has taken a few bumps over the past several months — which paid off after making his highest sale of his career on last week's episode.
