‘Morning Joe’ Declares Moratorium on Booking Kellyanne Conway: ‘She’s Not Credible Anymore’

“Every time I’ve ever seen her on television, something is askew, off or incorrect,” co-host Mika Brzezinski says

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski doesn’t want Donald Trump’s senior adviser Kellyanne Conway appearing on her show, citing her “as not credible anymore.”

Brzezinski explained that Conway often gets herself booked for her frequent television appearances, saying, “We know for a fact that she tries to get herself booked on this show. I won’t do it because I don’t believe in fake news.”

Brzezinski continued: “Every time I’ve ever seen her on television, something is askew, off or incorrect.”

Co-host Joe Scarborough chimed in: “She’s out of the loop, she’s in none of the key meetings, she goes out and books herself often… she doesn’t know, she doesn’t have the information.”

On Monday, NBC’s Matt Lauer told Conway that she wasn’t making any sense during an interview on the “Today” show when she was attempting to spread, what Scarborough labeled as “misinformation.”

“She’s just saying things just to get in front of the TV set and prove her relevance,” Scarborough said. “Behind the scenes, she’s not in these meetings.”

Brzezinski added: “I will say, Kellyanne does not need to text our show, at least as long as I’m on it, because it’s not happening here.”
