Robert Pattinson ditches the "Twilight" werewolves to hang out with the pachyderms in his upcoming movie "Water for Elephants." In the film, which is based on Sara Gruen's best-selling historical novel, Pattinson plays a suddenly orphaned veterinary student who runs away to join the circus and falls for his new boss' wife (Reese Witherspoon).
Alas, all is not blossoming, illicit love and swinging trunks for Pattinson's character, Jacob Jankowski. Apparently, some of his new coworkers don't cotton to his brash, impetuous and totally smitten ways.
