Warren Beatty will produce, write, direct and star in a movie for Paramount, the studio announced Monday.
The film is expected to go into production later this year.
Casting is underway, but no one is attached yet.
And there's very little information about the project -- including the title or what it's about.
The only information about the project is a written statement from Paramount's chairman and CEO, Brad Grey.
"Warren's script is quintessentially Beatty, elegantly written and wonderfully entertaining," Grey said. "It is our privilege to have one of the great artists in the history of the film industry come home to Paramount."
