Lionsgate released a new trailer for “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2” on Thursday.
In the latest preview, Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) leads revolutionaries from the districts of Panem into the Capitol to end the tyrannical reign of President Snow (Donald Sutherland).
But Snow will not go quietly. He has booby trapped the streets so that he can make a spectacle of the deaths of those who would dare oppose him.
The final installment of the movie franchise based on the best-selling young adult novels from author Suzanne Collins also stars Woody Harrelson, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, and Philip Seymour Hoffman in one of his final onscreen appearances. Francis Lawrence returned to direct, along with screenwriters Peter Craig and Danny Strong.
“Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2” hits theaters November 20.
