Oscars Add Morgan Freeman, John Legend, JJ Abrams as Presenters

Previously announced presenters include Cate Blanchett, Michael B. Jordan, Kerry Washington and Eddie Redmayne

Morgan Freeman, John Legend and J.J. Abrams have been added to the list of presenters at this year’s Academy Awards.

Sacha Baron Cohen and Henry Cavill were also announced as presenters Thursday, adding to the long list of previously announced presenters that include Patricia Arquette, Abraham Attah, Cate Blanchett, Emily Blunt, Louis C.K., Common, Russell Crowe, Chris Evans, Jennifer Garner, Louis Gossett, Jr., Michael B. Jordan, Rachel McAdams, Dev Patel, Eddie Redmayne, Daisy Ridley, Sarah Silverman and Sofia Vergara.

Foo Fighters fans should be excited to hear Dave Grohl will take the stage for a special performance, as well.

The 2016 Oscars, hosted by Chris Rock, will be held at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center in Hollywood, and will be televised live on ABC at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT. The ceremony will also be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide.
