Did that really just happen?

In what will surely go down as one of the most insane moments in the history of live television — and one of the most embarrassing flubs ever — “La La Land” was erroneously given the Oscar for Best Picture.

An envelope mishap led presenter Warren Beatty to call up the Lionsgate musical for the show’s top honor — which actually belongs to A24’s “Moonlight.”

After a moment of total chaos, disbelief and — finally –confirmation on stage, social media lit up in fevered response.

“Amazing ending. Wish that had happened on Election Day,” tweeted Billy Crystal, who has hosted the show numerous times.
