Don’t worry, “Pawn Stars” fans, Chumlee won’t be missing any episodes because he’s in the pokey.

The reality TV favorite, who was arrested on weapon and drug charges following a police search of his Nevada home in March, will likely avoid jail time thanks to a plea deal, an individual familiar with the case told TheWrap on Thursday.

Chumlee — real name Austin Russell — will ultimately be charged with and plead to a gross misdemeanor, and be subjected to a probationary period, likely of three years.

A judge has yet to sign off on the deal, though approval will likely come next week.

Another bright spot for Russell: A sexual assault allegation, which sparked the search of his home in the first place, will not result in a charge, after an investigation revealed a lack of evidence.

It could have been worse for Russell, who’s being represented by Las Vegas attorney David Z. Chesnoff — he was originally charged with prohibited person possession of firearm, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana over 1 ounce and possession of schedule I – schedule IV controlled substance, the latter for the Xanax.

According to a police report, Russell admitted that they would find four ounces of marijuana in a vault in his home.

The report also noted that police found 12 guns, four of them registered to Russell. Police indicated that they also found seven clear capsules containing 1.7 gross grams of methamphetamine in the residence.
