“Frida” actress Salma Hayek obtained a temporary restraining order Friday against a woman who she claims has been impersonating her, and has “made a veiled threat regarding kidnapping an ransoming Hayek’s minor child.”

Hayek has a seven-year-old daughter, Valentina, with her husband, Francois-Henri Pinault.

According to the request for the restraining order, Liana Geordie Philippon, has coordinated with Orlette Bodagh (also the subject of a restraining order request), and has “made attempts to contact petitioner and petitioner’s family members,” as well as impersonating Hayek “on several occasions.”

The restraining order request states that Hayek has never met Philippon.

“This case arises out of a bizarre pattern of behavior by two apparently mentally disturbed individuals. Philippon and Bodagh, who both have a dangerous fixation and/or obsession with Hayek,” the request for the restraining order reads.

“Their action includes, among others, concocting ruses to meet Hayek’s family members and obtain Hayek’s contact information, impersonating Hayek to another celebrity, attempting to directly contact Hayek herself, and impersonating Hayek in contacting Hayek’s minor child. In one communication while posing as Hayek, Philippon made a veiled threat regarding kidnapping and ransoming Hayek’s minor child.”

Philippon has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards from Hayek, her husband and her daughter, as well as Hayek’s residence and workplace, and Valentina’s school.

She has also been ordered to stop impersonating Hayek.

According to the application for the restraining order, the harassment began in June 2014.

For what it’s worth, Philippon probably wasn’t a very effective Salma Hayek impersonator. She’s listed as being 25 years old, 5′ 7″ and Caucasian, while Hayek famously isn’t.

A hearing on the matter is scheduled for next month.
