Singer Toni Braxton is out of the hospital, back on her feet and pumped up about continuing her Hits Tour.

The “Un-break My Heart” singer was hospitalized Saturday in Cleveland, Ohio, due to complications with Lupus, as announced on Twitter:

“Unfortunately, her show tonight in Cleveland will need to be postponed. Lupus needs to be constantly monitored and this minor setback should not affect the rest of her tour. Tickets for tonight’s show will be honored at the re-scheduled date that will be announced shortly,” the statement said.

But by Sunday morning, the Grammy winner took to Twitter with a positive prognosis.

“Hey guys, thanks for all of your well wishes and understanding. I am out of the hospital, and en route to CHICAGO! I can not [sic] wait to see you all TONIGHT at the Arie Crown Theater.”

Braxton revealed her battle with Lupus in November 2010 at a luncheon benefiting Lupus awareness and research.

“Take a look; this is what lupus looks like,” Braxton told a surprised audience as she accepted a Women in Achievement Awards at the 8th Annual Bag Ladies Luncheon.

Braxton’s Hits Tour continues through Mississippi, Florida, West Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, Texas and Oklahoma through this year and then back to California in early 2017. A full schedule of her upcoming concerts can be found on her website.
