50 Cent announced Wednesday that he’s quitting Instagram because he is “practicing abstinence,” and after some tweets about masturbation told fans it could be worse.

“Look at the bright side, l could be saying slavery was a choice,” he tweeted.

Fiddy’s TMI included saying he was going to write a new song specifically to avoid shaking his magic stick. But his description of refusing to become a wankster (sorrynotsorry) opened him up to ridicule. That’s when he worked in the joke at Kanye West’s expense.

Fiddy was of course referring to Kanye’s notorious statements last week when he went on TMZ live and said: “When you hear about slavery for 400 years — for 400 years? That sounds like a choice. You was there for 400 years, and it’s all of y’all? It’s like we’re mentally in prison.”

After intense criticism, West attempted to clarify that statement, tweeting, “Of course I know that slaves did not get shackled and put on a boat by free will … My point is for us to have stayed in that position even though the numbers were on our side means that we were mentally enslaved.”

The clarification didn’t work however, and Kanye has continued to be criticized and mocked ever since.
