People who don’t want a divorce usually don’t go to divorce lawyers, right? Well, “90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?” star Jorge Nava does, but he’s telling his wife Anfisa that the trip was just to know his options.
In TheWrap‘s exclusive clip from this week’s episode, Anfisa confronts her husband about visiting a divorce attorney and then lying to her about it.
“What the f—? Do you want to divorce me?” she asks him in the clip. After a long pause, Jorge says “No…”
Good save, bro.
“I was really upset when I found out you lied,” Anfisa continues. “Because I feel like I’m trying to work so hard in our relationship, and you just keep lying.”
“I know, and I’m sorry,” Jorge responds, then admitting, “I’d rather just lie and cover everything up and not have to deal with it.”
“It just doesn’t make sense,” Anfisa says — and honestly, we don’t think it does either. Wait, is she now the *good guy* in this relationship?
Either way, the couple agrees to continue going to counseling to try to keep their marriage alive.
“This is going to be Jorge’s last chance because I just can’t do it anymore,” she added.
