‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ – Michelle Finally Gets a New Lead on Her Sister’s Disappearance (Exclusive Video)

After pepper-spraying a drug addict in a bad part of town

Just as “9-1-1: Lone Star” fans are getting closer and closer to the Rob Lowe-led “9-1-1” spinoff’s Season 1 finale, it looks like Michelle (Liv Tyler) is finally getting closer to finding out what happened to her sister, Iris.

In TheWrap’s exclusive clip from Monday’s episode of the Fox first-responder drama, which you can view above, Michelle has ventured off on her own with the medical supply van to give insulin to a little girl in need in a lower-income part of Austin. Unfortunately, no good deed goes unpunished and a drug addict looking to score some oxycontin threatens her with a crowbar to give him a “freebie.”

Michelle pulls out her pepper spray and gives him a free eye injury instead.

Just after he’s run off, Carlos (Rafael Silva) pulls up in his cop car, calling Michelle “insane” for recklessly coming to this area alone. But setting that aside for a minute, he has some good news for the chief paramedic: “That blue truck your sister got into the night she disappeared? We got a hit.”

“What?” Michelle says, confused.

“We ID’d the owner.”

Wow. Could it be that Michelle’s long search is over?

Here’s the official description for tonight’s episode, titled “Bum Steer”:

“Owen and the team race to deal with a runaway bull at a used car lot and an apparent electrocution at the hands of an LA transplant. Meanwhile, Owen is determined to prove he is physically fit for the job while undergoing chemo and Michelle gets the strongest lead yet on her missing sister.”

“9-1-1: Lone Star” airs Mondays at 8/7c on Fox.
