1969 may be a year to remember, but not many ABC viewers were moved to relive the historic Moon landing during the debut of the network’s six-part docuseries. Combined with a lackluster second week from new sitcom “Bless This Mess,” ABC settled for a logjam tie as one of the night’s four runners-up in primetime ratings.

NBC won Tuesday night among adults 18-49 with its new “Village”-then-“Voice” lineup, but even those Nielsen returns were pretty soft. CBS was No. 1 in total viewers despite airing mostly repeats.
