The National Association of Black Journalists handed out a pair of awards to ABC News at its annual "Salute to Excellence" Gala on Saturday.
"World News with Diane Sawyer" won for "General Assignment — Long Form" for its reporting on the shooting of Trayvon Martin, titled "Shooting in Sanford," while "Good Morning America" won in the "Specialty" category for Robin Roberts' first-hand account of the difficulty African Americans face when looking for bone marrow donors, "Robin's Journey: Finding a Donor."

Over 50 awards were given out at NABJ's ceremony.
