"You have choices — they all suck," a doctor tells a patient in the new trailer for "After Tiller," pretty much summing up the late-abortion documentary that's likely to refuel the debate that just raged Texas.
The film's title refers to the 2009 death of Dr. George Tiller, one of very few doctors who performed third-trimester abortions, and who was assassinated at church for his work. Now just four doctors perform late-term abortions in the United States — and they fear for their lives every day.
The documentary follows their struggle, mission and occasional guilt. But the doctors are not the only ones who feel that last emotion.

"It's guilt no matter which way you go," said a patient in the trailer. "If you go ahead and do what we're doing or bring him into this world and then he doesn't have any quality of life."
The Sundance Selection, which explores both sides of the issue, comes to theaters Sep. 20.
