Alan Partridge Finally Gets a Movie – and We Finally Get the Trailer for ‘Alpha Papa’ (Video)

Steve Coogan's most famous character is ready to take over the world, if he can get out of his own radio station alive

The trailer for the upcoming "Alan Partridge Alpha Papa" previews what appears to be a more British — and likely funnier — version of 1994's "Airheads."

Radio personality Alan Partridge (Steve Coogan, reprising his most famous character) drives a Kia, and he wants everyone to know it. Unfortunately his life is about to be complicated by a shake-up at his station — one that Partridge helped create.

When he suggests a colleague be fired, Partridge finds himself involved in a hostage situation at the Norwich station. Soon the reluctant and socially awakward chatterbox becomes the face of a siege and its chief negotiator.
