Prepare to bask in the seductive charms of Alfred Hitchcock. Such as they were.

HBO Films' upcoming title "The Girl," explores director Alfred Hitchcock's stormy relationship with his "The Birds" leading lady Tippi Hedren — a relationship that, according to the film, included multiple untoward advances made by the master of suspense.

(Hedren confirmed Hitchcock's abusive approach to her during an appearance at the Television Critics Association gathering last month, noting, "We are dealing with a brain here that was an unusual genius, and evil, and deviant, almost to the point of dangerous, because of the effect that he could have on people that were totally unsuspecting.")

"The Girl," which stars Toby Jones as Hitchcock and Sienna Miller as Hedren, premieres Oct. 20. Until then, check out a sneak peek below.
