Allan Mayer, who co-runs the Hollywood public relations firm 42West, has been hospitalized following a serious car accident, TheWrap confirmed with 42West.
The publicist runs 42West with co-CEOs Leslee Dart and Amanda Lundberg. Mayer underwent surgery Sunday to repair several broken bones, the company confirmed on Tuesday.
“Allan and his family thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support as he recuperates in the hospital,” 42West said in a statement to TheWrap.
No further information was available as of Tuesday.
