Apple Introduces 5 Amazing Tales in Trailer for Steven Spielberg’s ‘Amazing Stories’ Reboot (Video)

Anthology launches March 6 on Apple TV+

Apple opened up a world of “infinite imagination” when it dropped the trailer for its upcoming reboot of Steven Spielberg’s “Amazing Stories” on Monday.

In the trailer, which you can view above, you’ll see five tales teased ahead of the anthology’s March 6 launch on Apple TV+ — though very little is given away about any of those new amazing stories.

The reboot of the Academy Award-winning director’s ’80s NBC series “will transport the audience to worlds of wonder through the lens of today’s most imaginative filmmakers, directors and writers,” per Apple.

The new “Amazing Stories” stars Kerry Lynn Bishe, Whitney Coleman, Trisha Mashburn, Austin Stowell, Edward Burns, Juliana Canfield, Dylan O’Brien, Victoria Pedretti, Josh Holloway, Sasha Alexander and, in his final role before passing away last October, Robert Forster.

“Once Upon a Time” co-creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz are showrunners and executive produce “Amazing Stories” alongside Spielberg, Darryl Frank, Justin Falvey, Chris Long, Don Kurt and David H. Goodman.

Episode directors include Mark Mylod (“Succession,” “Game of Thrones”), Chris Long (“The Americans,” “The Mentalist”), Michael Dinner (“Unbelievable,” “Sneaky Pete”), Susanna Fogel (“Utopia,” “Play By Play”) and Sylvain White (“Stomp The Yard,” “The Rookie”).

The series hails from Universal Television and Spielberg’s Amblin Television.
