Network nabs pilots for three shows

NBC has ordered pilots for three new comedies, including shows from executive producers Amy Poehler and Rashida Jones.

The multi-camera pilot is written and executive produced by Craig Gerard  and Matt Zinman and is produced by 20th Century Fox Television and Jones and McCormack’s Le Train Train.

NBC also ordered a pilot for “The Trail,” a serialized single-camera comedy following a young big city lawyer and his oddball defense team during a high profile murder trial in a small southern town. The show is written and executive produced by Jeff Astrof and Matt Miller and produced by   Barge Productions and Good Session Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
