“Another Period” has been canceled by Comedy Central after a three-season run, an individual with knowledge of the decision tells TheWrap.

The third — and now final — season of Natasha Leggero and Riki Lindhome’s satirical series ended March 20.

Set in 1902, “Another Period” centered around the wealthy, fame-hungry Bellacourt sisters, Lillian and Beatrice (played by Leggero and Lindhome).

Per the official description: The series followed the insanely decadent and outrageous life of the Bellacourt coterie which, before others claimed their own fame, were the one American family who epitomized all that was spoiled, shameless and stupid – with more servants than relatives and days filled with money, sex, drugs…and more money.

The series supporting stars included Michael Ian Black, Paget Brewster, Jason Ritter, and Christina Hendricks among others.

“Another Period” was co-created by Leggero and Lindhome, who also served as writers, and was directed by “Drunk History”s Jeremy Konner.

Leggero, Lindhome and Konner executive produced, along with Red Hour’s Ben Stiller, Debbie Liebling, Stuart Cornfeld and Mike Rosenstein. Monika Zielinska and Tara Schuster were the Executives in Charge of Production for Comedy Central.
