Ariana Grande Makes Surprise Appearance at Coachella During Kygo’s Set (Video)

DJ also paid tribute to Avicii, who died on Friday at the age of 28

Hours after Ariana Grande dropped her new single “No Tears Left to Cry,” the pop star took the Coachella stage and surprised fans during Kygo’s set.

“No Tears Left to Cry” is Grande’s first single of her next, still untitled album. She also debuted a music video on Friday for the song.

During his set at the second weekend of Coachella, Kygo paid tribute to Swedish DJ and producer Avicii, who was founded on Friday at the age of 28.

“Today is a very sad day for music,” Kygo said. “Earlier today, I got the news that Avicii passed away, only 28 years old. Avicii was my biggest musical inspiration, and he was the reason I started making music. So I don’t think I would have been on the stage if it wasn’t for him, and I know he has inspired a million other producers out there.”
